Walgreens Clearance Sale
Went into Walgreens to buy the 6 pack bar soap of Dial, that was BOGO free. I had (2) $1 off of one coupons. Then I see that a lot of their soaps and bodywashes were on clearance. I hurried home to make sure that I had coupons for everything. I have been stockpiling soaps and bodywashes already, so I literally had to stop myself from clearing the shelves. I walked away paying $15.15, and I bought (3) 6 packs of bar soaps (1 Dove and 2 Dial), and 6 bodywashes (2 Nivea, 2 Dial, 1 Irish Spring and 1 Suave).

Confessions of a Coupon Mom Series: Getting paid to take items out of the store!
So the story goes: I walked into the store with (1) $5 store credit and (2) $2 coupons. I bought (2) Colgate Toothpaste on sale for $3.49 and received $4 worth of care bucks (which is like a store credit) with the buy.
I also bought a pack of one of my kids favorite candy, which is on sale for $2 and it produced a $2 care buck.
Lastly I bought a bottle of Soft Soap hand soap on sale for $1.88, with a $1 carebuck attached.
I also had and used an in-app CVS coupon that stated that I would save $2 if I bought 2 Colgate toothpaste. (CVS send you coupons to download to your card weekly.)
My total came up to $10.88+ tax. I used my CVS $2 coupon, my (2) manufacturer Colgate coupons, and my $5 Carebuck. This brought my total down to $0. Due to the fact that you have to pay tax on food items, I had to pay .17 cent tax for the candy I bought.
The best part of it all is that I received $7 worth of care bucks from my purchases. So basically, I was paid an extra $2 to take those 4 products out of the store.
